You will learn how to prepare an excellent dough using traditional ingredients, the time to rise, the techniques for stretching out and baking pizza. Particular attention will be given to the choice of local and top quality condiments: San Marzano tomato, fresh hill tomatoes, extra-virgin olive oil, local mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil.
